Jonathan Peter Wommack is one of the sons of Andrew Wommack. Jonathan Peter Wommack’s father, Andrew Wommack is an American tele-evangelist and faith healer, who is also the founder of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
Jonathan Peter Wommack who was supposedly raised from the dead by his father and is currently serving time in jail for abuse. Though there are no claims to back the fact that he was raised from the dead, his father claimed his son was raised from the dead.

Jonathan Peter Wommack moved from morgue to miracle
Let us begin with the interesting Lazarus-like story of Jonathan Peter Wommack. It was testified by his father Andrew that Jonathan Peter Wommack was raised from the dead on the 4th of March, 2001. As to how true that is, only God knows but others would beg to differ and believe it is a fraud. The testimony states that, Jonathan Peter was rushed to the hospital due to drug overdose.
Many believe the drug to be heroine. Jonathan was then pronounced dead on 4th march and for about 4 to five hours, he laid in the morgue on a slab, body blue with a toe tag officially declaring him dead. His parents Andrew and Jamie came to see the body and per the story, they called his name and Jonathan sat up on the slab and started talking as if it were a perfectly normal day.

Andrew Wommack and his wife said in an interview on a popular episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network that, he had something he says made all the difference: confidence in God.
Now, upon further research records of Jonathan being admitted to the hospital were found but it is said that there are no medical reports to validate the claim that he was indeed dead neither is there any medical testimony. The doctors also did not agree to be interviewed because they were not ready to be blamed for pronouncing a living person dead neither did they want to be caught admitting that a an was raised from the dead.
This leaves no witnesses to the acclaimed miracle, hence, people having their doubts.

From the side of his then wife, Desiree, “Jonathan Peter Wommack was on heroin and they couldn’t find a heart beat. They took him to the hospital, where they gave him Narcan, and he immediately “rose from the dead” like all overdosed addicts do when you spray opiate blocker in their nostrils.”
It is no news too that Jonathan Peter Wommack is a convicted criminal with a long list off offenses. In October 1997, Jonathan was found guilty of the crime of forcible entry (El Paso County, CO Case Number 07CR3672).
In the same year on November 5th, he was convicted of violating the conditions of his parole and was charged in Denver County, Colorado with violation 38-117B unlawful carrying of a weapon (Denver County, CO Case Number 97GS045697).

The was a special case of spousal abuse reported by his now ex-wife Desiree for which he was imprisoned in El Paso County, Colorado in 2015 for. He was never removed from leadership in AWM or from Rick Warren’s Saddleback Church for any of these offenses.
Desiree reported that she had complained to Jonathan Peter Wommack’s parents several times about the abuse and they had also seen the bruises on her face and body but he just refused to do anything about it. Instead, they rather blamed Desiree for the actions of their son. When the case was sent to court, they tried to cover up their son’s crimes and “lied” to protect their son. Jonathan was however found guilty and evidently incarcerated.
