Interestingly, the Zappa couple never had kids together but Megan was known to be a doting stepmother to her husband kids Zola Frank Zappa and Ceylon Indira Zappa.
Dweezil had his two girls with his ex-wife, Lauren Knudsen, in 2006 and 2008. Their divorce in 2012 was a very difficult one but Dweezil made sure his baby girls did not get caught in the crossfire.
Even after their divorce, Dweezil still sees his kinds from time to time since Knudsen reportedly filed for the sharing of legal custody of their daughters not full custody.

It was quite surprising to all when Dweezil Zappa has filed for dissolution of marriage wife his wife, Megan Marsicano, after about 9 years of marriage.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Sound Beat, Dweezil filed for dissolution of marriage in Los Angeles County Courts. The filing says the couple separated in August of 2021, after 9 years and 4 months citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
The couple has no children together so they did not have any hassle about kids during the divorce and as for spousal support, Dweezil asked to “reserve for future determination the issue of support” which would be payable to Megan Marsicano.
